Remote QA Automation Engineer
Skills & Experience:
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for both new features and existing software functionalities, ensuring thorough coverage across all testing scenarios.
Identify, document, and report bugs and defects within software applications, collaborating with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues.
Uphold and advocate for high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline the testing process, increase efficiency, and reduce manual testing efforts.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and ensure that quality considerations are integrated from the outset.
Conduct performance and security testing to ensure that applications are not only functional but also performant under load and secure from potential threats.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing environments, data, and guidelines, and gathering feedback to incorporate into future development cycles.

Потребни квалификации
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role utilizing Automation within a software development environment
Proficient in automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Knowledge of SQL and scripting to verify database impacts and automate repetitive tasks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and GIT version control.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with performance and/or security testing tools, understanding of CICD practices, and experience in the broadcasting or digital media industry is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
