Support and Solutions Center MK is a company who is working for large international clients, providing services in the domain of customer service, accountancy, IT, engineering, administration (related to logistics, technical administration) etc.
Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic new colleagues to join our Finance Solution Development team in the role of IT Support Analyst.
You are joining a team that provides exceptional 1st level support towards our business stakeholders. You handle inquiries, analyze problems, follow procedures. You provide solutions to problems of varying complexity with proficiency in English.
We are currently implementing a new global Finance- and procurement ERP solution, so good hyper-care and support of our end-users will be crucial. This is a career-defining opportunity within an established and successful business where colleagues are empowered to improve and learn.
Main activities:
· Accurately identify user problems via the IT support tools provided.
· Accurately identify the cause of problems and determine the most suitable solution.
· Accurate and timely escalation of problems to specialist support teams (escalation management).
· Analyze processes and data using international standards.
· Build up the knowledge base and optimize procedures.
· Prepare, review, and analyze software documentation and user manuals.
· Capture functional and non-functional requirements.
· Prepare user stories with acceptance criteria.
· Identify business changes, its impact and document the process.
· Correct identification of the cause of the problem and determination of the most suitable solution.
· Write and execute functional testcases.
· Create and follow-up request for change when user asks new features to the application.
· Follow our well-defined on-boarding procedure, tutorials, videos, and training plans.
· Occasional international travel for trainings and projects may be required.

Profile
· Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.
· Able to express yourself fluently in English (speaking and writing).
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making skills and problem-solving mindset.
· Motivated, self-disciplined, well-structured, and flexible are characteristic for how you work.
· Collaborative approach, working well with others.
Desired skills:
· Previous experience in ICT user-support and client service is an asset.
· Experience with or knowledge of, finance and accounting principles with affection towards ICT is an asset.
· Experience with or knowledge of, finance and procurement flows is an asset.
· Data manipulation skills, technical aptitude, and service-focused approach to support.
· Experience with using common IT tools (Office 365).
